DESCRIPTION:The North Essex Business Resource Breakfast is a structured networking event providing each attendee the opportunity to present a brief commercial about their business and interact with members and guests. Each breakfast features a business leader speaking on a topic of interest. Attendees have the opportunity to openly network with one another in a casual and friendly atmosphere.\n\n \n\n \n\nThis month's presentation will be:\n\nAntoinette M. Solomon\, Esq.\n\nof the Law Offices of Antoinette M. Solomon\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout Antoinette M. Solomon\, Esq:\n\nAntoinette is a seasoned attorney with experience advising corporations\, nonprofits\, and individuals in various legal matters. Antoinette's legal career began as a corporate associate at Day Pitney LLP\, where she honed her skills in contract drafting and review\, due diligence analysis\, and research for investments and acquisitions. She also assisted clients with corporate formations\, including drafting operating and partnership agreements\, filing incorporation documents\, and obtaining professional licenses. From there\, Antoinette moved to in-house roles at Guggenheim Partners and Goldman Sachs\, where she provided legal support\, advised on regulatory compliance matters\, and managed legal risks within the corporate sector. Antoinette graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016 with a Juris Doctorate and from Saint Peter's University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology.
