Randi is dedicated to helping employers understand and navigate complicated and ever-changing employment laws so they can effectively manage employees, avoid costly mistakes, and focus on their core business. With more than 20 years of employment law experience, she is chair of the Cole Schotz employment law department. Randi routinely provides guidance to her clients on HR issues including preparing employee handbooks, policies and agreements, and conducting harassment and discrimination awareness training. She has litigated employment and business tort issues in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Randi lectures and writes regularly on all aspects of employment law.
