NECC Business Resource Breakfast

The North Essex Business Resource Breakfast is a structured networking event providing each attendee the opportunity to present a brief commercial about their business and interact with members and guests. Each breakfast features a business leader speaking on a topic of interest. Attendees have the opportunity to openly network with one another in a casual and friendly atmosphere.

Reducing Your Risk From Dementia
presented by Jenna Noecker from Alzheimer NJ

Currently, there is no surefire way to prevent dementia, but there is growing research that shows we can potentially reduce our risk for dementia by addressing lifestyle factors. This program explores what brain health is and describes practical, evidence-based lifestyle strategies - such as exercise, sleep, and social engagement - that can help support brain health over time.

Jenna Noecker, BSW serves as Programs and Services Coordinator at Alzheimer’s New Jersey and has been with the organization for over 3 years. Prior to Alzheimer’s New Jersey, Jenna worked with the homeless population and children with special needs through internships while attending Monmouth University. Jenna is passionate about educating caregivers and the community about topics surrounding memory loss and Alzheimer’s disease.
