Lawrence D. Eichen, Esq. is a practicing Attorney, Speaker, and Coach in Morristown, NJ.   Despite substantial outward success practicing law for over 25 years, internally, Lawrence suffered greatly from Imposter Syndrome.  He lived with a chronic fear of being exposed that he was not as competent or qualified as clients, colleagues, and others perceived him to be.  He now engages audiences by sharing his story while providing a clear path on how to defeat Imposter Syndrome to become more confident, productive, and peaceful.  He is a member of the NJ State Bar Association, NJ Association of Professional Mediators, National Speakers Association, and Association & Society Speakers Community.
