NJ Real Estate Broker 30-Hour Ethics/Agency Course
March 24th - April 8th 5:30pm - 9:30pm
Burgos Realty Academy offers the 30-hour Ethics and Agency Broker course as part of New Jersey?s required 150-hour Broker pre-licensing curriculum. This instructor-led program supports broker candidates by strengthening ethical judgment, agency relationships, and supervisory responsibilities.
The full 150-hour Broker pre-licensing requirement includes:

30 Hours – Ethics & Agency

30 Hours – Office Management

90 Hours – Basic Broker
Courses are taught by a licensed broker-owner, real estate instructor and ARELLO Certified Distance Education Instructor. Courses are designed to prepare students not only for the broker exam, but for leadership and operational success in today?s real estate industry.
