NJ Real Estate Broker 30-Hour Office Management Course

Burgos Realty Academy offers the 30-hour Office Management Broker course as part of New Jersey’s required 150-hour Broker pre-licensing curriculum. This instructor-led course focuses on brokerage operations, supervision, compliance, risk management, and leadership responsibilities required to operate a real estate brokerage.

The full 150-hour New Jersey Broker pre-licensing requirement includes:

• 30 Hours – Ethics & Agency

• 30 Hours – Office Management

• 90 Hours – Basic Broker

Courses are taught by a licensed broker-owner, real estate instructor, and ARELLO Certified Distance Education Instructor. Instruction is designed to prepare students not only to pass the broker exam, but to manage, lead, and operate a compliant and effective brokerage.
